These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y899 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y899 website located at https://y899.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

y899 is an English-language information and guide platform for online sports betting and live casino, built specifically for Pakistani users. The platform provides educational content, payment guides, responsible gambling resources and transparent platform information. y899 does not itself operate as a gambling service, accept deposits or facilitate direct wagering on behalf of users.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current and complete. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify y899 immediately via the Help Centre.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, y899 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and forfeit any bonuses accrued across the duplicate accounts.

y899 is required to verify the identity of users prior to processing withdrawals, in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

5.1 Documents Required

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents in clear, readable form:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card — CNIC — for Pakistani users)

5.2 Verification Timelines

5.3 Refusal or Failure to Verify

y899 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or restrict account activity where a user fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period following request. In such cases, y899 may apply restrictions to deposits, withdrawals and bonus eligibility pending satisfactory KYC completion.

All financial transactions on the y899 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in such other currencies as are made available in the platform cashier from time to time. Users are responsible for verifying the currently available deposit and withdrawal methods directly within the platform cashier, as availability may change without prior notice.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

6.3 Withdrawals

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers

All bets placed on the y899 platform are subject to the platform's current betting rules, which govern how markets are settled, how errors are handled and what happens in the event of abandonments, postponements or other unforeseen circumstances.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you have received an official confirmation from the platform. y899 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without limitation where a technical error is suspected or where a market has been incorrectly priced.

8.2 Odds Errors

In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human error, y899 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. y899 will not honour knowingly erroneous odds.

8.3 Event Abandonment and Postponement

The treatment of bets in the event of match abandonment, postponement or cancellation is governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. These rules are available within the platform's sportsbook section. Pakistani cricket fixtures, PSL games, ICC tournaments and other sporting events are subject to the relevant sport's published rules.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator combinations. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook and casino sections respectively. Any winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

Users must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or contrary to these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering an account if you are under the minimum eligible age or resident in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other account process.
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the platform.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

10.1 Available Tools

10.2 Underage Gambling

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, y899 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any automated means to scrape, crawl or index platform content.
• Use y899 trademarks or branding without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y899 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
• Any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in platform content, including but not limited to odds information, game guides and payment information.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider decisions to decline, delay or reverse transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, y899's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

y899 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, y899 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the y899 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the Help Centre.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the Last Updated field in the page header.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is incorporated and licensed. The specific governing jurisdiction is that of the operator's license authority, details of which are provided within the platform's licensing section.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
